Ian Agster received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The Appalachian School of Law. Mr. Agster is a member of the American Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association. Mr. Agster’s practice areas include bankruptcy, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
