Norman D. McKellar |

 |
Norman McKellar came to Knoxville in 1995 after spending the previous twenty years in Louisiana. Mr. McKellar received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, and he received his doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee School of Law. |

| While in law school, Mr. McKellar won the award for Best Oralist in the Ray H. Jenkins Trial Competition. Outside of school, Mr. McKellar is an Eagle Scout, who remains active in an assortment of community activities. |

| Mr. McKellar is a founding partner of McKellar Roskind, LLP. Mr. McKellar is a member of the American Society of IRS Problem Solvers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Knoxville Bar Association. Mr. McKellar is also a member of the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court. Mr. McKellar practices law in the areas of IRS tax resolution, criminal defense, personal injury, and small business litigation and collections. |

Andrew S. Roskind |
| |
 |
Andrew S. Roskind came to Knoxville in 1996 from San Diego California after serving in the United States Navy. While serving his country, Mr. Roskind received numerous awards, including the Navy Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Letters of Commendation, and an Honorable Discharge. |

| After settling in East Tennessee, Mr. Roskind received his Bachelor of Arts Degree and Doctorate of Jurisprudence. While in law school, Mr. Roskind was a member of the National Moot Court Team and served on the College of Law Moot Court Board. Prior to graduating, he received the Tennessee Attorney General’s award given for exhibiting superior trial advocacy skills. |

| In 2004, after working for a Knoxville criminal defense firm, Mr. Roskind along with Norman D. McKellar formed McKellar Roskind, LLP. Mr. Roskind also serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Tennessee College of Law and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the preeminent association for criminal defense attorneys in the nation, the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Knoxville Bar Association. Mr. Roskind practices law in the areas of adoption, business consultation and litigation, general civil litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury. |

Casey L. Spitzer |

 |
Casey Spitzer recently joined McKellar Roskind, LLP as an associate attorney. She attended the University of Tennessee, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2003 and her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2007 with a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. |

| While in law school, Ms. Spitzer participated in the College of Law Legal Clinic, the Knoxville area Mock Trial High School Competition, the Pro Bono Homeless Project, the Criminal Law Society, and was president of the Environmental Law Organization. |

| Ms. Spitzer practices law in the areas of domestic relations (including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, child support, and adoption). She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. |
